Diversity and the Bottom Line: Connecting diversity, equality, and inclusion to business success

This course was initially presented at the 2022 International Trade Show and Convention in Orlando, FL. 

What is the business case for achieving a greater level of diversity and inclusion at your company? A certified diversity professional will provide answers to this question and much more. The session will begin with a data-driven presentation of the business case for diversity, followed by common questions and a review of strategies companies can begin implementing. Finally, attendees will be taken through an action planning exercise. At the end of the presentation, a panel of representatives from IIBEC’s Diversity and Inclusion Task Force will address the audience.
